Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation and refund policies are designed to be flexible and transparent, based on the length of your stay.
1. For Short Visits (2–7 Nights)
- Free Cancellation: Up to 48 hours before check-in (before 1400 hrs) 
- Late Cancellation/No Show: 50% of 1 night’s room + tax 
- Early Departure: 25% of 1 night’s room + tax. 
2. For Short Stays (8–29 Nights)
- Free Cancellation: Up to 72 hours before check-in (before 1400 hrs) 
- Late Cancellation/No Show: 1 night’s room + tax 
- Early Departure: 1 night’s room + tax 
 
3. Check-In & Check-Out Policy
- Check-In: 1:00pm 
- Check-Out: 11:00am 
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability and may incur additional charges. 
3. For Mid-Length Stays (30 Nights–11 Months)
- Free Cancellation: 7 nights before check-in 
- Late Cancellation/No Show: 3 nights’ room + tax 
- Early Departure: 7 nights’ room + tax 
5. Visitors & Occupancy
- Visitors may be permitted upon verification and registration. 
- Each room accommodates a maximum of two adults. Extra guests will attract additional charges. 
- Local visitor entry into rooms is restricted between 9 PM and 6 AM. 
4. For Long-Term Stays (11 Months or More)
- Free Cancellation: 1 month prior to check-in 
- Late Cancellation/No Show: 7 nights’ room + tax 
- Early Departure: 14 nights’ room + tax. 
 
5. Refund Processing
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method. 
- Transaction and payment gateway fees (if any) are non-refundable. 
- Prepaid or promotional bookings may be non-refundable, as specified during booking. 
6. Force Majeure
In case of events beyond control (natural calamities, travel restrictions, strikes, etc.), Haventra reserves the right to provide credit vouchers instead of refunds.
7. Policy Modifications
Haventra reserves the right to modify or amend this cancellation and refund policy at any time to align with operational needs.
