Welcome to Haventra. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any booking or using our site.
1. General Terms
These Terms apply to all guests, visitors, and users of Haventra’s website and accommodation services. By booking a stay, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
2. Reservations & Payments
- Bookings can be made online through our website or through authorized partners. 
- A valid government-issued ID must be presented at check-in. 
- Guests can opt for Pay at Hotel or Prepaid Online options, depending on availability. 
- Prices and room availability are subject to change without prior notice. 
3. Check-In & Check-Out Policy
- Check-In: 1:00pm 
- Check-Out: 11:00am 
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability and may incur additional charges. 
4. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are responsible for maintaining the property’s cleanliness, ensuring no damage to fixtures, and following all in-house policies. Misconduct, illegal activities, or causing disturbance to other guests may result in cancellation of stay without refund.
5. Visitors & Occupancy
- Visitors may be permitted upon verification and registration. 
- Each room accommodates a maximum of two adults. Extra guests will attract additional charges. 
- Local visitor entry into rooms is restricted between 9 PM and 6 AM. 
6. Identification & Age Policy
- Guests must present valid ID proof such as Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving License. 
- PAN cards are not accepted for check-in. 
- The minimum check-in age for the primary guest is 18 years. 
7. Cancellations & Refunds
All cancellations and refunds are subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Management reserves the right to modify or waive charges on a case-by-case basis.
8. Liability Disclaimer
Haventra is not responsible for:
- Loss or theft of personal belongings during the stay. 
- Delays or failures caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, etc.). 
 Guests are encouraged to use lockers or safes for valuables.
9. Policy Updates
Haventra reserves the right to revise, modify, or discontinue any policy at its discretion, in line with operational or regulatory requirements.
